I know about Yayoi Kusama when I was bored sitting in the library Building 1, Unitec. I was waiting for my sister out from her lecture room. As I was waiting for the time to fly, I went and grabbed a book and saw a big title name, Yayoi Kusama.
After a few pages reading about her. I was so surprised that I found the first person who invented Polka Dot design. I ended up borrowing the book home. Plus, she had such an inspiring story too. I read about where her mother abused her when she was a child physically and verbally, without any knowledge that Yayoi is suffering from nervous disorders and hallucination. Despite feeling tormented Yayoi is still believe in herself, she focused on what she do best, which is her art. Now she had gone so far internationally.
At the age of 82 years old, Louis Vuitton had opened their arms for Yayoi Kusama to share her magic on their July 2012 collection. Until now, Yayoi Kusama is still going strong and happily surrounded by people who look after her. I'm happy I stumbled across her book last year March 2012. Her piece of art shows how a tiny dot can be bizarre to the world just because of her perseverance. If I had a chance I would really want to meet her.
Ironically, the same year when I first read about her I came across her window dressing in Louis Vuitton, Auckland city. It was unbelievable for me. I feel so lucky. I took a photo with admiring feeling.

TARTAN
Wear as a symbolic national dress of Scotland. Usually wear by Scottish men (scream!!, Scottish men are hot! zomagaga aren't they look lovely. I'll give bazillions of hearts to them sweeet. I wish my Dad wears skirt , he must look so aduurrrable. One second, wow I just realize in Malaysia, Malay men wear similar to kilt too (yes the skirt that you see is called 'Kilt'), but with pants. They called it Baju Melayu Lelaki.
The National dress in Scotland is inspired by George IV who wore a full Highland dress when he paid visit to Scotland in 1822.
Highland dress autonomy. HowieD it really does look awesome when cool skirt match with formal suits.

I think for me in fashion, Tartan is good when it used less, too much of it may lead us to look like we covered by a Tartan blanket.
However, I guess we can break this by using more define cut design.
For Tartan pants or trouser i preferred it to be in dark coloured with slim fit carrot cut, looks chic.
using 'TarTan' with lighter color and baggy straight cut line will kinda look like we are wearing our pajamas.
But these are only my point of views, here are some style that I think are awesome as well.
